Shopify checkout page can not be modified by theme or theme developer. Please read more in detail here

Steps:

• In the theme editor, click on top dropdown menu

• Find and click Checkout and new customer account,

• You will be redirected to checkout settings. Click on customize button.

• Here you can see settings for checkout page.
