Shopify checkout page can not be modified by theme or theme developer. Please read more in detail

Steps:

In the theme editor, click on top dropdown menu
Find and click Checkout and new customer account,
You will be redirected to checkout settings. Click on customize button.
Here you can see settings for checkout page.
